Refund policy

As a consumer, you have a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw without justification. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days once you, or a third party other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform ELERIZO, Major 7, Alcúdia, Illes Balears, Spain, info@elerizoalcudia.com of your decision, by post or email, using the following form, which you must fill out and send. To meet the deadline, you must send said communication before the deadline expires. You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt thereof.

If you withdraw from the contract, you must return the products immediately, no later than 5 days after the date on which you communicated said withdrawal. The products to be returned must present the same appearance that they had when they were received, that is, with the original label attached, as they were delivered and with the information and guarantee that they were accompanied. If this is not the case, Elerizo will not make the refund. You must put them in the box in which they were received, pack them carefully to avoid damage and, together with a copy of the withdrawal form, send them by certified mail or courier to the following address:

Once received, we will refund the amount thereof no later than the next 5 days, using the same means that was used for the initial transaction.

You will be solely responsible for any impairment of the value of the goods, if you do not follow our instructions regarding packaging. We cannot be held responsible for your loss or damage during shipment.
