The Terms and Conditions of Use (T&C) of the ELERIZO website detailed below must be read carefully. These T&Cs could vary, so you should check them before making a new order.
Please note that by using this page or placing an order you agree to these T&Cs. Any contract made between you and us through this web page will be subject to Spanish law and any controversy will have to be settled by the Spanish courts.
We have made an effort to show the colors and characteristics of our products as close to reality as possible. However, the colors that appear on the screen may look different depending on the quality of your computer monitor, so ELERIZO cannot guarantee that they exactly match that image.

The main form of communication with the client is via email. Therefore, please make sure to provide us with a correct email address. Confirmations of both the order and the shipment will be made to the email address provided by you.
ORDERS
We cannot accept orders from persons under the age of 18.
Our products can be distributed in most European states and North America.
The items to be purchased must be selected and added to the shopping bag by clicking on the corresponding icon.
The shopping bag will contain the reference of the selected item, the name, size and color chosen, if applicable, and its price in euros (taxes included). The price shown does not include transportation.
To make the purchase, the user's personal data will be required, which will be incorporated into our database in order to be able to process the order. Said data will be treated in accordance with the provisions of our Privacy Policy. The user will be able to access at any time the personal data provided and the information of the orders placed. ELERIZO reminds users that personal data must be indicated accurately to avoid confusion or incidents in the shipment of the item(s) purchased.
Once the purchase order has been completed, and before confirming it, the user will be presented with a summary of the order, identifying the item purchased, its total price (transportation and taxes included) with each item broken down, and the shipping data. of the order, so that the user can confirm it by clicking on the button with the expression 'Confirm payment'.
Once the order is complete, we will send you a confirmation email, detailing the products you have requested. It is not an acceptance of the order, the acceptance and execution of the contract between us will take place when we send you the products, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
Non-acceptance of the order may be due to:

. Payment has not been completed.
. Error in the identification or price of the product.
. It does not meet the requirements established in the T&C.
. When security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent.
In these cases, ELERIZO will reimburse the amount paid.
SENDING THE ORDER
Once the order has been submitted, you will receive an email with the shipping details. We will appreciate your confirmation of arrival by mail. If you do not receive the order in the expected time, please send an email in this regard to the following email address: info@elerizoalcudia.com.
DELIVERY TIMES
All orders received online are processed and, depending on their availability, shipped in the shortest possible time. Normally the delivery is made in less than 15 business days. It may take a little longer in high season. However, please note that our jewelry is handmade and may be made exclusively for you.
In the event that the delivery time is longer, we will contact you by email to confirm the approximate delivery date.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you in your order. We may ship parts of your order separately at our own expense. If we have not been able to deliver the order to the address indicated by you for any reason, we will notify you. If you want us to resend the order, you must bear the transport costs.
You must sign when you receive your order and you will be responsible for the product as soon as you receive it, becoming your property.
LOSS OF THE ORDER
Still that orders are sent by secure mail, if it is received in poor condition, it must be stated on the receipt from the carrier and notify us as soon as possible. Please note that insurance is not responsible for loss after a certain time.
PAYMENT METHODS
ELERIZO will only accept payments made by credit or debit card, by Paypal or bank transfer.
Card payment
ELERIZO accepts payment for purchases made through its website with credit or debit cards. The amount of the payment is not modified by the type of card.
In the event that the payment method is this, the charge will be made online, that is, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once it is verified that the data provided is correct.
Payment with paypal
It is accepted to process the payment through this system.
Payment by bank transfer
All expenses derived from making the payment by transfer will be borne by the client. For this, an account number will be provided. As a reference, the client must indicate the order number and his full name. You will have a period of 3 working days from the date you placed the order to proceed with the payment. The order will not be considered accepted until the receipt of the payment is verified. If after this period the corresponding amount has not been received, the order will be cancelled.
Payment security
In order to provide maximum security to the payment system, ELERIZO uses secure payment systems. Any person involved in the processing, transmission or storage of card data must comply with the Card Industry Data Security Standards. Payment (PCI DSS). Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
We also have the DigiCert SSL online transaction security certificate.
PRICE AND CHARGES
We try to ensure that all information and prices on this website are correct and up to date at the time you place your order.
All prices on this website are shown in euros.
In accordance with the Value Added Tax Law, ELERIZO is obliged to charge this tax, at the current rate at any time, to all products delivered to the countries of the European Union.
Standard shipping is free for all orders over 250 euros in purchase value. The transport fee for each order less than this amount will be 12 euros for countries of the European Union. For other countries, the amount will be calculated automatically when entering the shipping address.
Please note that if your country is not a member of the European Union, merchandise may be subject to Customs duties or other charges payable by the recipient.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability. The offer of any product in our ELERIZO online store at any given time does not guarantee that it will be available at any time. We expressly exclude any responsibility for not having any product. We reserve the right to change prices or remove products at any time. If at the time of dispatching the order we detect that the delivery of any of the products included in it is not possible, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. In addition, the amount of the item collected and not sent will be credited to the customer immediately, by the same means of payment used in the purchase.
We expressly reserve the right to change the design, appearance, and/or material of the products offered at any time without notice.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.
As a consumer, you have a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw without justification. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days once you, or a third party other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform ELERIZO, Major 7, Alcúdia, Illes Balears, Spain, info@elerizoalcudia.com of your decision, by post or email, using the following form, which you must fill out and send. To meet the deadline, you must send said communication before the deadline expires. You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt thereof.
If you withdraw from the contract, you must return the products immediately, no later than 5 days after the date on which you communicated said withdrawal. The products to be returned must present the same appearance that they had when they were received, that is, with the original label attached, as they were delivered and with the information and guarantee that they came to accompanied. If this is not the case, Elerizo will not make the refund. You must put them in the box in which they were received, pack them carefully to avoid damage and, together with a copy of the withdrawal form, send them by certified mail or courier to the following address:

Once received, we will refund the amount thereof no later than the next 5 days, using the same means that was used for the initial transaction.
You will be solely responsible for any impairment of the value of the goods, if you do not follow our instructions regarding packaging. We cannot be held responsible for your loss or damage during shipment.
WARRANTY
If the item you have received is defective, you must notify us immediately. In this case, you may demand that the contract be revoked or the product replaced, if available.
RESPONSIBILITY.
ELERIZO is only responsible for damage caused intentionally or due to gross negligence.
This limitation of liability applies to all claims for damages, regardless of legal basis, to include unauthorized actions.
OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS
All the intellectual property rights of all the text and images on this website belong to ELERIZO, Rayolámpago S.L. and any use of such content, including copying or storing it, in whole or in part, other than for your personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited and subject to legal prosecution.
SEPARATION AND MISCELLANEOUS
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect the other provisions.
